Once acquired, we use experienced property management teams to handle day-to-day operations, and we oversee their performance against clear standards.
We take a long-term view of ownership: acquiring communities we intend to hold for 7 + years slowly adding value before exit.
Partner Management began investing in SFH Real Estate in 2007, and made the switch to MultiFamily in 2019.
Partner Management works with multiple investment groups within a tight network to help grow our portfolio with partners on over 500 Multifamily doors.
